Admissions Online

Welcome to St. Bernard's Catholic School and thank you for your interest in our school. 

We are currently accepting online applications for the 2024-2025 school year.

Please do not apply online for Preschool (3 years old) or Pre-K (4 years old). Contact Mrs. Abelar at kabelar@st-bernardschool.org 

If you would like your child to attend Kindergarten, he or she must be 5 years old by September 1, 2024.

Applications for 7th and 8th grades require interview with the principal, copy of report cards and a letter of recommendation from former teachers and principal. Please contact the school at 209-835-8018 for more information or email rpombo@st-bernardschool.org 

 

Applying is easy using our Online Application which simplifies submission and provides parents with a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted. A non-refundable fee of $75 must be submitted with each application.

 

 

To begin the Online Application process, Create an Account. Then log in to your account and Create A New Student Application for your child. You will then have the flexibility to log in and out of your account and access your open application.

 

After submitting the application, you will be able to track online your admissions status at the school by logging in to your account. There you will be able to print the completed applications, monitor when the school receives supplemental application forms and, if necessary, reprint the supplemental forms.

The order of priority for acceptance to St. Bernard's Catholic School is as follows:

1. Siblings of Catholic families attending St. Bernard's Catholic School or Preschool

2. Siblings of non-Catholic families attending St. Bernard's Catholic School or Preschool

3. Children transferring from another Catholic school (prior verification of good standing at former school)

4. Children of active parishioners and/or alumni

5. New Catholic families

6. New non-Catholic families 

Families who do not meet application deadlines may lose their priority standing and be placed on our waiting list.
